| Return for Refund - If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 1(541)967-3255, for customer service (Business Hours between 9am-5pm PST Monday through Friday) for a Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization Number WILL NOT be accepted. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new. Credit amount will be calculated as follows: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Orders shipped via UPS or Federal Express are charged freight both ways on refused shipments. Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address. Copy of original packing slip with Return Authorization Number should be taped securely on product inside the shipping package. |
