I want to thank ALL the Pipsquack4wheelers for the GREAT time we had at Livingston this weekend

Ya'll know who you are!!

Here are the other pics from the trip

Check out the PipSquack guys (and gals) at

Now, this is the first time I attempted to climb PinkRock

Pictures don't do it justice, The turtle went right up the off camber steep part of Pink Rock... see what happened to the built Cherokee...

also, a fair video here
(too much wheel spin on this attempt!)

Thanks for the cool pics, Quaddawg!  But I know you got more, so postem up!  I love Livingston and with the weather yesterday it had to be a great ride.  But its been pretty dry, so was there anywhere there to try out the snorkle?

I thought about you guys, but it was a spur of the moment trip, no time to make plans.

No, didn't get to actually try out the snorkel... lol

Yeah, I have a ton of pics, will get them uploaded in a little while!

That was the first time I had ever tried to climb that part of Pink Rock...   pretty fun!

It's a neat place, but is supposed to be closing soon (another rumor, but from a ranger this time)

Here is another video, sorry it is so blurry..

Bouncing up a little stepped hill

and another...    I had to back off this one, because the yota ahead of me hadn't cleared the obstacle. He did make it up, but I was on another section of the hill by then. I want to try it again, I know I can make it up there...

and finally another climb and descent that doesn't look like much... till your in the drivers seat.  It was easy, but fun. The hill slams you into a root at the top, I always get trail rash on this one... lol... starting a collection. If you look you can see me smack it, and you can hear a bystander say someting like "that's gonna hurt"  lol...

Did you find the trail that takes you through a deep wash out down to the River? There is some deep greasy mud along the valley floor and a washout with some steep short climbe in and out of it.

We ended up down there and went swimming one year, but could never find our way back  :P

Our last planned trip up there was redirected to Tellico due to rumors it had been closed a few years ago. I hope that stays a rumor and it does not close.

Cool Vids, Quaddawg!!  And I've no doubt you can make it up that hill!  I've not tried it myself but I've seen a Sami with no lift on 235s make it so no problem for a Tracker right!!!  Oh, and the trail rash just adds character!!
