FS: 1995 Suzuki Sidekick 16V

We are selling our 1995 Suzuki Sidekick, aka, "The Teal Terror." We purchased this vehicle in 2010 with 139,000 miles on it and have put lots of work into it to make it a fun, capable 4x4. The truck is equipped with a five-speed manual transmission and the 1.6-liter 16-valve engine. It drives well, gets decent fuel economy, is quite capable off the pavement--and fits where other vehicles won't! There is normal wear and tear for a 21 year old vehicle, a few scrapes and scratches here and there. However, this is a Sidekick that has been built right, well maintained, and well loved. Clean title in hand. Current mileage is 172,500.

The Teal Terror has been featured in issue 14 of OutdoorX4 magazine, and has been featured on ExpeditionPortal.com, AutoBlog.com, Zukiworld.com, and has been the project car on SubcompactCulture.com.

Modifications include:

2" lift on BDS springs
Old Man Emu shocks and struts
Rear differential spacer
235/75/15 Kumho Road Venture KL71 mud terrain tires
15x7 steel wheels
WARN Premium Hubs
Full-size spare tire
Safari Snorkel air intake
Shrockworks winch bumper with fresh powdercoat
WARN M8000-S winch
Custom Splice fairlead
Front Aftermarket 4x4 Skidplate
Trail Tough rock sliders
Lock Right rear differential locker
Curt hitch
Calmini roof rails
Hard top w/rear defroster and removable top panel
Grant GT steering wheel
Kenwood stereo w/Polk Audio speakers

Recent maintenance includes:

Brand new NAPA 64 month battery
Brand new catalytic converter
Timing belt/water pump done
Recently rebuilt transmission
New clutch
New CV joints
New spark plugs
New front brake pads/rotors, flushed brake fluid
Newly balanced driveshaft
New differential fluids
Clean EGR system
New driver's side window regulator
Oil religiously changed with Valvoline Max Life

The vehicle comes with a host of spare parts including touch-up paint, winch motor/control box, the original automatic hubs, replacement OE weather stripping, and a host of other parts. Many receipts can be provided for service, parts, and maintenance.

Lots of work has gone into this little 4x4, and we've enjoyed it for six years. However, we're moving on to another project vehicle, so the Teal Terror needs a good home.

$4700

Cash only

Hi Andy, sorry to see you sell the terror... hopefully this fine vehicle you and Mercedes created will go to an enthusiast.  Good luck with your sale.
