The gears and bearings are all in great shape. If anyone wants pictures I will post or email them. They are located in Logan, Utah. Nope, I mean 5.63. I just double checked to be sure. There are 8 teeth on the pinion, 45 on the ring gear. 45/8=5.625 I've got a set of 5.63's in my Tracker with 32's and it runs them great!
I think you right about the prices, though. EDITED!

UPS's estimate is $27.60 for the rear and $22.76 for the front. I figured a five gallon bucket with lots of padding would be the best way to ship them. Let me know if you have a better idea. Someone in Vermont had me calculate shipping as well and it was well over $100 for both, you must be a lot closer. Let me know.
