The shift pattern is more of a push forward,
first position is 4 high, pull towards you and
forward is neutral, stop before you shift into
4 low, which is forward after neutral, easy stuff.
Now if the hubs have never been apart, or it
doesn't see much hub locking, the hubs might
be sticky, and not engauge, if you lock the hubs
you can shift into 4 high while moving, say 25 MPH,
if you get a grinding of the T-case, then you have
sticky hubs and you will want to come back here
