Get a dremmel and do it yourself. I did a set of Dodge alloys to fit mine. The lug nuts center it up just fine. The lug nuts are cone shaped, the holes are cone shaped, they WILL center that rim.
Here is how I did mine.
Mark the back side of the rim about 1/4" larger than the existing hole. Use a dremmel and grind away..... You don't have to make the entire depth of the hole larger, just deep enough for the flange to fit inside. It took me about 20 minutes per rim, but I like it.
