I figure this one already beat to death, but as a newbie I tried search and could not get info  I am seeking so here goes

2000 2DR Chevy Tracker, 60K actual miles, no rust out of New Mexico.  4WD.  Currently set up to tow behind my motor home on a commercial hitch.  looking to install a 2" Rocky Road body lift and steering extension.  Would like to add front bumper for winch and winch - need to retain ability to tow behind motorhome, like my current Sterling brand "off road" model hitch.

Any suggestions as to where to get a commercial number and what winch to use?
