well found out that my crank pulley %$#%$ the bed this morning a t 5 am, so I don't have air tools so how do I remove the bolt tried breaker bar and its on tight so how do I remove it .... thought about breaker bar and crank engine ? then I need to get a crank pulley puller
new rig aka "the mule" 2002 tracker
V6 swap auto  ,2 dr ,2" BL,2" jeffs kit 512 gears warn hubs and 30/9.5/15 BFG AT

Remove the small bolts that hold the pulley on and make a plate that bolts on and you should be able to get the crank bolt out then . Remember to tighten it down as much so it dosent come loose , I dont know the tourque specks of hand.

well put breaker bar on and bumped started with the key and it was loose so I cranked the new one as tight as possible with breaker bar and bar extension I think I got it close to 94 ft lbs I read somewhere that is spec. old crank pulley separated the to pulleys the bigger ring pulley is pressed on a rubber gasket and mine wore out

Just a late FYI...
If you were replacing the crank pulley, you didn't need to remove the large center bolt...just the 5 small bolts that hold the crank pulley onto the timing belt cog/pulley.

the large bolt is the one that holds it on the crank and it just slide off and this is for a 2.0 L so only one bolt
