Appears that would have been a really interesting event to attend.  The great scenery and terrain to and from there wouldn't have hurt a bit either! 

I attended the annual NRA gathering in Louisville, KY last weekend.  I was drooling over the array of knives on display and for sale there as well.  I almost purchased one particular model of the RAT knife.  I drooled over it for about five minutes... but then gave it back.  About ten minutes on the road after leaving the Louisville fair grounds I immediately regretted not buying the damned thing. 
'02 Chezuki Tracker with a 2 Liter and 5spd.  It works for me!!!

Was that Virgil in St. George?
93 Tracker,XL7 springs & 1" raised spring pads in front with YJ springs in back, home built bumpers rear & front (w/winch), 2" x 4" rock tubes,  ARB front & rear, converted Sami rear to IFS, 33x12.5x15  aluminum rims, roll cage, 2.7L w/5 speed auto.

I was also there. I really enjoyed the show. It wasn't about wheeling as much as it was about adventure travel and exploring.

That is a beautiful area to wheel in.  You can even go out to the rim in some spots.
