HI Guy's,  Ok after cutting out all existing rust, measure your hole. Cut your sheet metal about 1/2 inch larger to allow for any high spots in the cut.  My self I had my sheet metal broke on a brake, but it can be installed a peice at a time. After you have the sheet metal ready place it aganst your cutout and with a paint stick trace around the sheet metal and do your cuts as needed. very simple. Below are a few pix of my left rear wheel panel. Follow same for other side.  Be CAREFULL of the gas tank, if not sure then remove it, No BOOM-BOOMS needed!!!! Do not weld anything at this point!  My next post will be of the frame work for the rear floor section, and the gas tank access door.  Thanks George!!!
