Sounds good... Are you one of the three teams that Jay was talking about, or a different one? I'm trying to get a headcount

Question...........

The lap belt nearest the tunnel (right hand side for driver and left hand side for passenger).  Does that attachment point need to be to the cage or is the factory attachment point OK?

Also, our pre-runner front bumper goes to a little past the center of the headlights, does it still have to be wrapped back to the frame?

In order for it to 'hook' another vehicle it would have to pretty much destroy the front corner panel and have to fit in the space between the front bumper and the front of the tire.

Factory attach points for the harness are OK as long as the belts won't get tangled or be cut during massive deceleration. Smiley  On the bumper, can you send me a pic? I think it'll be just fine... I too have bumpers that don't "loop around". this part of the spec is from the short course guys up in Canada and I'm not concerned with rubbin' while racing on this course. In fact, contact will be greatly discouraged...

Called and talked to Broc last night.  Sounds like a real nice guy.

Seatbelt question- we are all good. Smiley

Bumper question - he would like to see it wrapped back to the frame. Sad

Eric, I will try and give you a call tomorrow.

Yeah, Broc is cool...

Send me a photo of the bumper in question if you're concerned. I'm the tech guy for our class.

How about tail lights?  Do the tail lights need to be on during the race?  Or just the brake lights need to work and the amber light. Huh

Thanks

I'd let brake lights with the amber light pass.
