12:00-Noon – Gates Open

Saturday June 13, 2009
9am – 5pm Tech Open ( all vehicles)
9am – 1pm Course open for Pre Run (25 MPH max speed)

12:30pm and 1:00 pm Driver Meeting for UTV & Zukiworld Challenge
1:30pm – 3:30pm UTV Race
1:30pm – 5:30pm Zukiworld Challenge Race

6:30pm Pay- out UTV & Zukiworld Challenge

6:30pm – 8:30pm Late Pre Run ( 25 MPH max speed)

7am – 12pm (late tech trucks)
7:30am Driver Meeting for Buggy’s
8am to 12pm Buggy Race
1pm Buggy Pay-out

12pm Drivers Meeting for Trucks
12:30pm – 4:30pm Truck Race
5:00pm Truck Pay-out


Fees:
$10 Gate Fee (Overnight Camping permitted)


UTV & Zukiworld Challenge Entry $100 w/ 40% Pay Back Co-Driver $25 Buggy Entry $200 w/ 50% Pay Back Co-Driver $25
Truck Entry $200 w/ 50% Pay Back Co-Driver $25
(Pays back 1 position for each 3 entry in that class)

There is no pre-registration. The land owner / host will have signup, forms, and registration Friday and Saturday on site.

I don't have the details as to how that is going to work yet but I can assure you that no one is going to get ripped off.  If teams make the effort to make a safe vehicle, tech will not be difficult. If you have something you're wondering about, ASK!

How late are we allowed to arrive on Friday night at the location?  I will be heading over after work and want to see if I should just crash in Yakima and head in first thing in the morning.

I would like to compete, however, it needs to be on a 3 day weekend.  I am unable to take time off during the summer.

Well, you can just check in Saturday morning.  They also have a late tech check in for those who show up Friday night.  Of course, I have no idea where it is being held this year...   But that is a relatively minor issue.
