I wonder too.  :( Unfortunately, it's hard to plan with only maybe and/or no communication. Ahh, the nature of the beast. Anyway, where are you guys headed? Christmas Valley Dunes? There is some wheeling that would be closer for you guys if your interested. The MVC run that Davey posted will be up by Detroit Lake which is on the way to where you are probably headed. It's on Saturday.

Good luck, have fun, and take some pictures! -Eric

My family and I are very interested in doing this trip in the spring!  We were planning on going this time but some unforseen mechanical issues forced us to reconsider.  ???  Hope we can do this trip in spring! Or summer!??

All we need is at least 5 rigs w/people that can commit on a weekend. We can do it anytime but the fall time is definitely the best to get out there.

I live in Bend!!!!!!!!!  Come mid-spring (Aprilish), the trails start to get real rutted and the mud gets nice.  Still thinking about this run?

Yes, but it'll be in the fall. I'm not one of 'those guys' that goes out in the spring and makes the ruts in the middle of the roads! :) I leave that up to the cattle and sheep.

Water makes the ruts, I just cross em.  Like to get the suspension flexing, and I'm the tread lightly type of guy.

I think there will be a group of us going out in that area in May. Let's hook up then.

Sounds awesome!  I'll try to have my Toy going well, so I can be close to you guys in size.  I'd be afraid the GMC'd run you guys over.  ;D
