Let me tell ya about those yota cv's and other mods
« on: October 23, 2005, 04:25:52 PM »
Well I just got back from D&K Offroad Park outside of Manchester,KY.  After doing the widening mod, sammy rear 3rd(up front with lockright) and installing Stans yota cv adapters and stuff we packed up to go wheelin.

The first big hill ,that  I had a hard time with and snapping my stock cv's, was no problem with the new mods!! The lockright up front was sweet and not worrying about busting cv's was even sweeter!! The morning rain had the trails and hills slick and by the evening they were sticky, but either way it didnt matter to my Tracker.

My next mod will definately have to be 4.24 to 1 transfer gears.

Later,
Bill

Yeah Ive had a minispool in the rear for about 2 summers now. Having all 4 wheels pulling when climbing is just a better feeling for me.

yup and makes it so you don;t have to beat on it so hard (aka breaking CV's)
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy it.

Buy-it, Build-it, Beat-it, Part-it
