They are currently available. The Intro price is $399.  That's bare finish with either tube setup.   Minus $30.00 with no tube on top.

I also have the Shrockworks bumper. Haven't had time to mount it up yet but they are definately stout and cool looking. Mine is an unfinished 4 door model (might be the same) with tubes and 3" body lift brackets. Cost 512.00 delivered (Michigan).

Here ya go:

Without a body-lift it bolts right up. But if you do have a body-lift mounts have to be fabbed. It is mounted into the original bumper mounting points (the threaded holes in the chassis), It also has 2 U-bolts going around the tube on the front of the chassis and there are mounts that hook around the body-mounts if you get what I mean  ;).
Here is my little write up of how I did it, http://www.suzukivitara4x4.nl/bull_bar.htm (in dutch but there are pics that go with it  ;))

Man, I wish I could find a nice set of those fender flairs. Sick of throwing dirt in my window. Are those flairs easy to get overseas? I can't find them in the states. BTW-Are those OEM Vitara flairs or aftermarket? Thanks.

They are oem flairs yes  ;D. They aren't the most easy parts to get, but you might find some on ebay.co.uk or ebay.de  ;) Good luck on your search ;)
Here's one set I found pretty quick: http://cgi.ebay.de/Originale-Radverbreiterung-fuer-Suzuki-Vitara-Bj-88-96_W0QQitemZ8029307397QQcategoryZ65092QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Check the original anouncement from ShrockWorks for all the details and more pics.

We are scrambling to get this rig and aother ready to leave in the AM for a wheeling trip.  I'll post more Monday, but here a re few quick details:

- 96 Tracker, Auto, 16V

- 32x11.50 BFG MT KO
- 15x8, 2.75 in. BS Wheels

- 2in Sky Body lift
- 2in suspension lift.  Springs and OME shocks and struts. Rear is too high and closer to 3 in.  Will lower it 1in later.
- Fender cutting and a little footwell massage

- 5.13 Diffs
- Spool rear
- Front diff / axles are stock, other than a beefed up front pinion support, for now....until I decide what direction to go for beef and a locker.
-  TrailTough 4:1 tcase gears

- Our new winch bumper
- Our new sliders.  These bolt on with a super strong, no drilling mounting setup.
- Both with paint that turned out a little more bling than I intended.  ;D

2002 4DR Tracker V6 ZR2.... 1.5"/2" coil spacers front/rear, BDS Strut Extensions, 235/75R15 Cooper STT... They ROCK!!!

Love shrock's front bumper on the pre-99 model's.  Any plans for the 99+ vehicles?  If so my deposit will be on the way as bumper options are very limited for the Blacktrack.
