On the axle's do you just pop them off and put a hose and clamp to get them higher so there out of the water?
I'm Disapointed

I usually throw a filter on the end of the new tube as well.

You all might already do this,
I use Gasoline inline fuel filters on the ends, the little ones for riding lawn mowers work great!
Air goes in/out, water can't.
