You won't need the spacers for 9.5's so you can save your money there.  Also be aware that any larger then 30" and your rear tire rack will not fit.  That was why I stopped at 30 instead of 31's" which is what I really wanted.

It would still hit the rear bumper unless you really kicked it out there.  In reality you need to have an adapter that will lift it up a couple of inches as well.  Then you get to worry about ripping the rear tire mount off of the body.  :D

If your looking for a full size spare with 31's you might want to look at a new rear bumper at the same time.  Then just get a tire carrier built onto it.

Fisrt of all thanks for your info! And second I have looked into it further im buying a set of 30/9.50/15 BFG All terrains, and I was looking at wheel spacers! Any suggestions???
I am running 30/9.50/15's, and had to modify the edge of the floor pan.  (A large hammer works fine.)  I needed to bend over the lip where the firewall and floor pan join.
93 Tracker,XL7 springs & 1" raised spring pads in front with YJ springs in back, home built bumpers rear & front (w/winch), 2" x 4" rock tubes,  ARB front & rear, converted Sami rear to IFS, 33x12.5x15  aluminum rims, roll cage, 2.7L w/5 speed auto.
