Hey guys,
I have a beater Sammy that currently has a Mid '80s Canadian (not Electronic) Chevette carb adapted to the Sammy intake. This setup work great and improves power and side hill performance. I intend to convert to a FI 1.6 Tracker engine but for now I'm sticking with the carb until I finish my harness for the FI.
Now I am not a carb guy most of my experience is with FI. The float in the Chevette carb broke so I took it apart and got a new float. My problem is... I have no idea hot to set the float up! Should I just bend the tab so it matches the one that cam out? I cannot find anything on the internet except something about using a drill bit to set the level?

Anyone have any idea of how to do this?
Johnny
