Does anyone know how or if it is possible to remove the side and fender flairs on my 88 zuki?

The plastic ones should just pop off.  As for the metal bits underneath you need to grind or drill out all of the spot welds.  Doable, but time consuming.

If you take the front ones off without bending them (a clean removal) I would be interested in purchasing them (the metal attachments). Please let me know - email me info|removethispart|@networkconcepts.org

Thanks,
