Got my rims, finally

Got the hookup with a fellow suzki driver in Altoona, he had five rims off a 2001 Vitara and a buck fifty and two hours later, I have the rims.

Just waiting on my cooper weathermaster tires to arrive at the dealer and then wait for the snow! ;D

THe guy actually lives in state college, he now has a 2002 GV, green with gold colored cladding. Nice ride, nice alloys.  He traded his Vitara for it.  Says he wanted v-6 pep and power.  We decided to meet at a place easy to find, there are lots of little burgs on 422 none of which I was familiar with so we picked altoona.  Lowes was busy that day!  ;D
I was really lucky on my yahoo group that he responded to my post.  He was a fixin' to get rid of them, says they were sitting in his garage all this time.  
Bottom line, I can now run winter tires with a lot less BS than breaking down the tire each spring and fall.  I don't like doing that, its hard on the tire bead after a while. ;D

I bet with these winter tires I can run rings around Mike Hagen!  ha ha ha.......... ;D

You better have lead weights inserted in your right shoe and a set of *%$# the size of watermelons. :o

He may win, he goes redline all the time and I rarely pass 3,000 in normal driving!
