Hey, I'm new to the forums but I've been checking out Zukiworld.com since June when I bought my '93 Tracker LSi.  I've just finished numerous repairs the guy who sold it to me dumped off on me, and now I'm ready to start the build up.

I'm starting with some larger tires to get by on until I lift it, probably 235/75R15s (I'm pretty sure I read in here they will fit on stock trackick's.

Anyway I'm looking at the BDS 2" suspension lift, on account of it being the cheapest, only it comes with Strut spacers instead of new struts.  So my question is, would it be worth it to add a set of OME 2" lift struts to my lift or just buy a whole different kit?  And where could I find just the struts apart from a whole package?

After the lift I'm planning on 31/10.50's on 15" rock crawlers, and my issue here will be fender coverage, yeah I'm in one of those picky states.  This is simply a cosmetic issue since I could throw on "universal" fender trim (aka rubber garden dividers).  But I like the boxy bolt-on look of those heavy duty fenders like bushwacker, but I cannot find one manufacturer that makes TracKick flares in that style.  As a matter of fact the only vehicle specific flares I've found online are EGR, and I cant find any pictures of the EGR tracker series.  If anyone knows where I could find what I'm looking for please link me, also anyone with EGRs show me a picture if you have it.  My last resort will be to attempt modifying bushwackers desinged for a Samuri (anyone try this?)

PS.  My Tracker came with an aftermarket Skidplate and T-case plate, so I've already ripped up some stuff probably too rough for a stock rig, and scraped up the rear diff in the process, somewhere along the line I should get some armor for that too.

The OME struts are the only longer struts available, they can be purchased seperatly but are expensive. The strut spacers make use of the travel that is unused in the stock configuration, I would stick with those if your struts are OK.

I believe the EGR flares are the ones fitted as standard on UK 'Wideboy' models, try googling for a pic. The Wideboy had 8x15 alloys and is often confused for the 'Fatboy' that had different arches and 10x15 alloys.

If you're concerned about the diff then some thick steel sheet welded over the existing casing would make cheap armour without compromising ground clearance too much.

I haven't used the BDS kit. Others have, if you use the search engine (advanced search is best) you should pull up a few posts.  The OME kit is designed to be 1 1/2", RR add the spacers to give more lift.

For FenderFlares, I used the JC Whitney 3"inch heavyDuty without the wire.
