 The first pic is what it looked like when i got it, and the others is how it was under the cosmetics :)  well there is a few small rust issues to deal with and i´m building a new rear tube bumper to get rid of the plastic shit that onley makes it hard to clean and i have allso stripped if the black plastic on the sides.

Here is how the sides turned out after removing the plastic, and a pic of the rear tube bumper project, all welded up and ready for paint.

Looks like a hardwood floor to me too  ;). I like the look of the rear bumper but whats it made from? Looks like exhaust pipe  ???

Thank you, i used to work at a company that make parts for volvo xc90 v70 etc. and the bumper is made of a cross member that sits under the dasch board and holds the stering wheel and glovecompartment brackets and more, it´s got thicker walls in it than exhaust pipes and is a lot stronger than the stock bumper. Offcorse for more serius offroding i would probably need heavier stuff but it´s god enough for my kind of use, and i only did it so it would be easier to keep the rear end clean :)
