90 kick running real bad missing, loping, stalling when trying to start takes about 5 minutes to warm up before you can move it or it stalls and dies also idles at 1500 rpms, and engine is rocking bad like a v8 with a racing cam, one other issue no exhaust, went to get exhaust fixed and they said they wont work on it until i get the shake out of it any help would be appreciated. Its a 1.6 FI new plugs wires cap and rotor air filter pvc valve.

Are you sure you routed the spark plug wires correctly?  Sounds like it is only running on 2 cylinders.
Did it run crappy before you swapped in new wires, plugs, cap, rotor, pcv, and filter?  If so, maybe it's the ECM.....I had an ECM cause similar issues....wouldn't rev, no power, idled really low (like 200 RPM).

Yeah, good question on the plug wires. Plugs gapped properly? Not cross-threaded? Other question: is it 8 or 16v? When was timing belt done last? Cel on when key on, off when started? Mileage? You say 'no exhaust', does it have the cat still at least?
