just wondering what the stock axle spline count on a 89 tracker rear end would be, and the spline count on an 03 tracker rear end, thanks

so would that mean gears from a 01 would work on a say 90 or somethin? what gears are in those?

Yes, they are all 26 spline but I think pre'93 they were 10 bolt and post they are 12 bolt so as long as you are swapping the entire 3rd you'll be OK but if you're just swapping R & P's then you may have a problem.

nah just seeing if a locker from an 03 would go in a 89, turns out the locker uses the stock side gears and replaces the spiders so it should work just fine.. thanks.
