« on: September 10, 2004, 03:20:02 PM »
Word up peoples,
I have finally started my tube frame buggy. Yea thats right 427 chevy, coil over, ford 9", dana 44, atlas II. ;D SO, ill need some thing for my double beed lock and I remember there were 38's on a military surplus sight on here that had them. Does anyone remember that or was I just on crack??
You can take the Sammy off the trail, but you cant take the trail out of the Sammy.

I got it from ebay. Cost me $350 but there was no carrier. Up side was it came with disc brake, spool, and 4.11 gears. Ebay is great.

Do note, the tires are for the 16.5" rims which without beadlocks doesn't have a lip rail to hold the tire like other rims. To add, the listing shows them to be in Tenn. and per lot 14 or 15 tires.

Good luck.

Thanks for the heads up Jag! I looked into it and the are all in poor condition with less then 30% tread and they are really not worth it so im probally going to run something else. Maybe 40's . . .
