sorry i made mine out of 3/4" el. conduite, and it is alot stronger than i i thought it would be.  took about a week and a tube bender, and a welder.... and A LOT of measuring

the extra holes are for left-hand drives. They switch sides with the wipers too

Go back, talk to the manager and tell him his clerk call you an idiot and you realy dont appriciate it. And you would of never bought the tool if you did not have to have it right then. You probably wont get any thing out of it but an I'm sorry, but hopefully tha manager will jump her ass in front of you so you can stand there and grin as she gets chewed out

WOW what a B|removethispart|@#%H!  i agree with pilot 100%.  i know its hard to do sometimes, but part of the $ you spent on that tool went for her paycheck.  hell when i goto O'Reillys they call me by name and ask me what i need before i even get to the counter.  i live near a college town which is a big 'drive through' mentallity, and 'they always F#&$ you in the drivethrough'.  so customer service always gets my $ first.
