A co-clubber driving a Sami uses a 2 pair (yes 4) in parallel. Each pair is attached in parallel with one-way valves, then the 2 lines are then combined with another pair of one-way valves. All this goes into his spare tire, used as a air tank. He doesn't keep pressure in the tire till it's needed. He runs an oiler of some kind and de-oiler on the output side. Pretty neat set-up and it's all under his hood in front of the battery where the old bulky air box was.
He does run 32" Dunlop MT's and can air up within a few minutes, though now he mostly trailers the Sami to rides.
I'll be doing something similar, maybe looking at the Lincoln air pumps along with Cadi's (figuring limo's and funeral cars would have better setups due to weight carrying capacity). I do plan to use a pressure gauge, on'off switch, and an air tank.
