Dont think so, the sami tie rod is quite a bit shorter.  300 bucks and you get full high steer for a yota, tie rod, drag link, 4 FJ 80 rod ends, and some bling billet steering arms!

An  alternative might be to try out the new chromoly axle shafts.  They should be able to hold up to the larger tires.

the tie rod IS interchangable I use mine every day with 35" tires, you do however have to cut, sleeve and lenthen your shaft, I run a sami drag link to a flipped yota arm for a stage one high steer,  works great, and I have 2 rat adapters but I need to trade my yota axles for a set of full width 44's 6 lug pass side drop and center rear! hint hint
