I don't think they are in Mexico or Canada.. at least to my knowledge.. but I am right there with you man, I love those little trucks..

Maybe a serviceman overseas could find some way to bring one back?  Doubt it though.. couldn't get it licensed...  probably couldn't get one imported

I'm with Quaddawg, I don't think any of these were ever imported to the North America areas.  The easiest way would probably be to import it to Canada, then import it to the US.  Probably cost more then the rig though.   ;D

Sure you could get it licensed with a OHV sticker.  Or maybe in Arizona, just say it's a kit car ;)

I have seen some killer looking lifted ones from Japan and England. At least I think there in England. I think we would have this car if it was not for Consumer Reports.

add 3" body-lift and the 4" suspension lift+++
mabye put toyota axles on it (the jimny has a little weak front axle) +a tuned baleno engine

The Jimny was kind of the continuation of the Samurai, theyve always been called Jimnys in Japan...... WHy the hell Jimny, I dunno.   If Samurais never left the market, thats what they would look like.   That video is nuts, It looks modified, but not super modifed and it went through all that shit!   Id love to have one too, they look like Mini Hummer H2s....... but arent for grocery getting and rap videos.
