You shouldn't be sorry... if we don't keep a light attitude around here, it's gonna start becoming more and more like Pirate, which isn't a good thing :(

Read the second page.

I'm sorry to all I may have offended with any bad words about Calmini.

But the reply given by Steve really hurts. I'm sorry to have linked this here, but I felt my online friends needed to see it.

I believe that Heather has already apologized and still nobody has listened to what she said.

Well , Well.
It would appear that both parties were in the wrong.
Team: Be careful about what you post.
Look before you leap!
Think before you comment!
Both parties seem like nice enough people so how about a wee kiss and a cuddle to make up.
It certainly is good to see so many people actually care. Fellow ZUKI fans - lets just get on with it and share more constructive posts. This will all blow over time.

Ok, your right, alright everybody....GROUP HUG!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D

Group Hug
No Family is perfect
We do the best with what we have
Customers should be treated with respect cause without them, companys are nowhere.
Opinions are just that, Opinions
If one is wrong, expain why, Nicely
And I agree with a group Hug
Calmin does build great products, sometimes shipping is just slower than we would like/wish for.
sometimes much too slow.
Waiting for new and improved toys is a killer.
so the start of all this was really over shipping (except for the poor guy that only got 1/2 a set of gears)
and then snowballed into name calling.
Steve, You should be bigger than this.
Noone ever said your stuff was bad. It's not.
I have spent WAY more than others and less than some.
I still have a C.C. bill to prove it.
So please.everybody, When you see a Zook Member, give them a hug, and if you catch Steve, Hug him anyways.
We all Can get along.

Heather, this is why boys don't let girls in their culb house  ;D     Easy there Three Dollar Nate,  just kidding.  ;)  Heather, my wife remembers speaking with you at Chicken Corners. She liked you right off...

I agree with my TN cousin. As a Georgia born , California transplanted, white boy I know for a fact that no real man ever loses anything by apologizing to a lady...He can only gain in the eyes of other men. The lady's virtue should be made whole, so that  Her Man can stand down from her defense.

Steve I know that you are bigger than this. When first we met we talked long about honesty, integrity and how the world today has forgotten everything that old school taught us. That was the day you sold me the VIT

In Moab I noticed that you looked really worn out and I told you so.  I suggested that you should hire an energetic youngster to run the shop, so you could play more.  I think if you had been under less stress a few days ago, this thread wouldn't even exist.

I hope to see you both on the trail grinning from ear to ear....I am done with this thread...Gary

It's statements like this from Calmini as to why I don't come to Zukiworld that often, especially after having Steve Kramer personally call me up in the past asking me to delete any comments I have made about Calmini and their cruddy Customer Service. And because ZukiWorld is backed by such an ass hole vendor such as that. No longer will I do such a thing especially now after these comments from a different BBS:

How is it that telling you the truth about estimated ship dates and not charging your credit before we ship the parts poor customer service? You ordered these gears on the 11th of May, there's 36 people that ordered ahead of you that were told the same info as you were, why aren't they bitching like you? Answer: because they understood what they were told! What would we possibly gain from not shipping you the gear kit if we had it in stock? We sell 10x anybody else on these items, and that's why the quality is the best, and the price is unmatched. If you called here on the 10th and were told that the ship date was moving out to the 21st or 22nd, I guarantee it was with an apology from the salesman. If you don't want the best product, cancel the order, but don't come on here and lie about whay you were told.

Heather, where do people as stupid as you come from? "Pulling Out" of Suzuki parts?, not a chance. We are the largest and best known brand in the world and have no intention of backing off. Do a web search, you'll find us in more countries than any other maker. So I showed up at the Moab run driving a Nissan, and that means we're not doing Suzuki parts anymore? You need to get a life, and stop making false statements about mine. You know, you and your husband are as phony as a 3 dollar bill. You'll smile and make nice and come on my company sponsored runs, take the free t-shirt, eat the food etc. But then you'll turn around and pile on. You've never gotten anything but great product from us.

So flame on Calmini as you have just sunk your ship, and the others that you support will go down with you.

IN MY OWN WORDS F*CK OFF STEVE KRAMER !
And the thousands of dollars I have sent you in the past along with the heartache and pains your company has given me in the past, No longer do I support such an outfit. This is probably my last post here since I will be booted off but I don't give a hoot after a response given from Calmini as a whole.

wow, ok .everyone has their own opinions ,and mine is that steve is an a$$ hole . no matter how good his products are ,his additude and diplomacy suck!
i have no problem with anyone voicing an opinion ,as long as their not rude about it and not acting like school children, and calling each other names .
this as far as i know still a (free)country, and we still have freedom of speech ,not shur about this board ,guess well see.
and i do understand how busy a company like calmini can be. but its a prediction they wont be as busy now !

honisty ,and respect, and if not respect at least honisty.
i know sometimes people make mistakes . but when you order somthing and the company you ordered it from says it will be their in 2 weeks ,knowing that (or at least they should)its not in stock ,or even made yet. and their is no way it will be at your door in 2 weeks ,isnt that a lie? the way i was brought up it is .
i could deal with a company saying "im sorry sir but we are out of stock at this time and have no idea when well be getting any " so a company tells you 2 weeks , 2 1/2 goes buy ,so you call them , they say 2 weeks , meanwhile your rig was torn down at the week and 1/2 mark so you could start installing parts as soon as you got the package. and when 8 weeks rolls around and their still telling you 2 weeks and not even offering an apology and getting rude well to me thats not good business .
so steve if you cant be polite be honist. if you cant be honist be polite . just a sugestion.

and 92sidekick4x4 i have no respect for you now.
in my opinion you are a backwoods hillbilly pig.
you never treat a woman like that. what would your mother think ? and would you let someone talk to your mother or wife or girlfriend that way ? i would hope not ,no matter what the cirmstances !

and too all others i would agree grupe hug . i love the zook comunity and have spent countless hours here. so  no hard feelings

I doubt this will happen from all of this. I will still consider buying from Calmini even though I don't agree with Steve's comments towards Heather.
If This is mostly over R & P, and Calmini gets them from Richmond, has anyone stoped to think maybe Calmini is waiting on and getting false dates from them? I know this happens from my own line of work, waiting on other vendors can be stressful, and can turn a person into a sh!t tornado.
