Have you thought of finding one with a good body that a Sami owner stole the motor and harness? then you can keep all your goodies and just switch out the body.

I had the same problem with my 92' 4 door. I cut out the bad stuff and miged in new panels it took lots of tack welds and patience and it's done. Both wheel wells at the floor and both floor seat catches and a few other spots but it was worth it.
