Title: Smoking 1.6 Help Please

hello just wanted to say hello I just picked up a side kick/ tracker with a 1.6 it has 350k on it andit was running great, juat getting it on the road for a friend, and just out of the blue its huffing smoke its oil, and its alot,lol the tracker disapears for the smoke,, any one run into this before?, and one have any ideas, that might be easy to look at or fix,, any help would be greatly appreciated Gino

Also the rear floor is shot too where the seats and belts go any tricks for that area  thanks again Gino

350k.... It had a good long life. Time for a new engine. You could rebuild that one, but most places will let you pull a decent one for less than $100. Takes a couple days, couple friends and a couple beers to swap but it's not hard. Rent an engine hoist for the weekend.

i would like to know where you get to pull one for 100 bucks because i cant find one in the whole united states

That's a pair of the dozen I have I can get one. Oh BTW: 2.0L Vitara with Auto and T-case, pulled for me at the first place... $185. Can't beat that with a chicken hat! And while it was snowing! Just ask one of the guys speaking another language if they wanna make $30 easy and unbolt the sucker and stick it on the hoist. All I had to do was roll it to the truck and pay for it. Didn't even get my hands dirty.

Yea, shamefull I know. But for $30 You'd do it too.
