Title: coil springs

If i were to buy the hd coil springs for a 4door tracker and put them on a 2 door tracker would it lift it? i know of this working on other vehicles and i was wondering if this were to work in this case

Probably a little bit.  GV springs would work better.

Is that any model GV springs or where those from a specific one?

It doesn't say in the write-up, but I think it's 99+ GV's
