Title: I have Trailers!!

As you all may or may not know, both myself and RealRedWagon work at Chevy dealers.  I am a salesman and he now works in service.  I am posting to let everyone know that I just started at a new dealer that not only sells cars, but trailers as well :o.  It seems that maybe I could be of service to some of my fellow ZukiHeads in my area.  So, and I'll put it at the bottom of my messages too.  If you live in the NE U.S. AND YOU NEED A TRAILER TO PULL YOUR ZUK(S) OR ANYTHING ELSE (or a new car too)...Please e-mail me :D

You rent them, or you sell them?

And since we're on the topic of trailers, what length/weight trailer does everyone use to tow their Sammy's/Sidekicks?

I sell them.  I use a 20ft tandem axle to pull my zuk.  It weighs about 800lbs and can hold about 4-5000lbs.

I use a 16 foot dovetail tandem axle to tow the Gnewt.  It's really overkill.

i only need to haul the zuk . are the trailers new or used ? what kinda price are we lookin at ?

Trailers are new.  For one zuk you'd be starting at about $2000...give or take depending on the weight capacity and bells and whistles you should choose.

What is a "trailer"?.....and why do you need one? Doesnt everyone have one of these?

Yup, Senior Burro, some of us need a rig like that one.  Myself included.  That's really cool by the way.  But some only have one zuk to tote hence the need for a car hauler of some sort.

That sounds about right.  I think that's what I laid down on mine.  The funny thing was the REASON I got a trailer:

Mrs. Bobzooki:  You're not driving all the way to Moab on those expensive tires!  We're getting a TRAILER!
Bobzooki:  Aw, shucks!   ::)
