Well I finally got my combo lift installed. I started with Sky's coil spacers and then added a homegrown (Big Pig) body lift. The coil spacers are 1.75" and the body blocks are 2". Here's a shot of it right after I finished the lift. I am running 235/75R15 BFG M/T tires right now, but I would like to go to 31 or 32's later. I modified and remounted the bumpers with trimming on the rear for a "high and tight" look. I've still got to lengthen the shifters and get it aligned, but I love the way it looks! ;D
Next will be fabbing up some bumpers and sliders with an exo-cage over the hard top to protect my kiddos. By the way, this rig is a serious budget builder. I have a grand total of about $1200 in it as it sits, including the cost of the truck.

Hey Great color '89! I'm partial to that myself Sea-foam green with brown interior. Can't beat it...

Thanks Eric. I agree, the color is cool. 8) I think I've only seen one other like it besides yours and it was a two door hard-top (which would look good in my driveway ;D). I've been looking at yours for inspiration since I got mine about 4 years ago. Is yours now SAS? That is the ultimate goal for mine. But like I said, I'm on a strict budget with a family of 5, which is why it's taken me 4 years to do anything to it.

I like the solid axle setup quite a bit. Since you're close in the area, we'll have to go wheelin' sometime. Oh, 2-door sea-foam green Sidekick, Heaven! The 2-door hardtop was probably LOADED too. I betcha it had every option including cruise and tilt. Seriously cool!
