Title: hub issues

these are the hubs from my zook. i started to have problems ,when tryin to lock them .first 4x4 hud tear apart .driver side slid out as one piece.the pass came out in pieces.did it just come apart or is it ruined? ???

It looks like you might of broken the pins off for disingaging it but if you want 4 wheel drive all the time it should be ok just make sure there both in.

the picture is a bit fuzzy but it looks like it just came apart on you. you gotta feed that spring back into the keeper and then get the hubs back in the proper way. i look at the gasket and find the big groove and line it upwith the big groove in the flange.
if you cant get the spring back in the keeper then you might need to replace it. you can find them at any wrecking yard (samauri, sidekickand i think even the troopers have them)

Yeah, it just pulled apart, the piece on the left is supposed to be attached to the piece on the right, the end of the spring that's sticking out is suppoed to be wrapped around the piece on the back side of the hub dial.
Here's a link that helped me when I was re-building mine. These are for Toyota, but they're the same insides, might give you a better idea.
