ok the radiator on my 92 can the top be popped off and a new seal put on it is leaking from the uppper corner under the top
second I would like to do a home made steering stabilizer she jerks bretty good on shit T.O streets (summer/winter makes shifting and constant speed bumps)
I don't think it would be that difficult 2 brackets and the right size stabilizer

yes your radiator can be unclamped and redone. I just had mine cleaned, and they did this to it.

Cheap radiators unclamp themselvs,
thin metal won't stay clamped down.
Do you have an aftermarket, or Non
Suzuki radiator in the trucklet?

as far as I know it is the original do the tabs come off easily so I can do it myself at home? do the tabs just fold back and a new seal type of deal or is there a goop you get?
will do it when the weather is warmer so I could ride the bike if something goes horribly wrong like blow my tranny while doing it ;D
anything to ride the bike these days
any ideas about the stabilizer?

I wouldn't do it at home, but I would have
a friend weld aluminum tanks on it instead
of getting plastic fixed

building one, shouldn't be too hard tho

When I installed my 1.6, I took my '88 radiator to a radiator shop to get cleaned just to play it safe.
The shop owner said that I was lucky that I had an all-metal radiator as the ones with the plastic tops and bottoms were very hard to clean and tended to leak and/or fall apart if not done properly using the correct materials. The impression I got from this conversation was that the newer, plastic radiators were throwaway items as they cost more to fix correctly than to replace.
Suzuki changed it's radiator design around, I believe, 1989 from all-metal to plastic/metal.
A new front stabilizer will only mask other problems on your steering system. Unless you check and replace (if needed) the seals on the birfield joints -- they help dampen steering vibrations too, make sure that all linkage is tight (no play), make sure the the caster angle is correct and you have compensated for changes in the suspension (aftermarket draglink or Over-The-Top steering system) you will have steering control problems. Solid Axle Suspension (SAS) lifts can create "bumpsteer" where any moderate bump can cause the steering wheel to twist violently out of your hands.
To be safe, I did install a Rancho Steering damper after all the suspension mods on my truck.

yeah I was gonna go to a Rad shop and get checked out anyways it might be the easier way
the truck is completely stock I just get bump steer from the tires and sometimes when I hit a little to hard....remember speed bump sized lift on the highway..... she jerks in my hands pretty damn good and of course got worse with the larger tires and thinking it will be even more after the lift. although never thought to do a OTT steering on my kick tho ???
