I believe that the 6.4:1 case is supposed to be perfect for 31" - 33" tires. I still run a 4:1 but am still running stock tires. I haven't heard anything bad about this set up as of yet. Just get ready to pull steeper hills off road and higher rpms out on the open road.  ;D

Your case will be the same. You could use factory mounts but, since you put that much money into your case I would protect the investment. Take a look at TT's Mighty Kong T-case mount.  I am saving for one at the moment. As for specs, I could probably dig up the ones for my tranny but, you listed your gearing as 3.90 which means that you have a late model Sami. You have a different set of tranny ratios. I am sure that you could find them on the web...somewhere.

Anybody else know?

I just put one in mine from t.t., they are a strong gear set but if you do abuse them the weakest link is the input gear, it is alot smaller than stock but it is a higher quality material,I love mine it will climb a tree, you will need a kong mount and re weld the long arm on your frame they are only spot welded, I tore mine loose the first day but I caught it in time no damage, t.t has a new rubber/polly type mount out for the long arm also, it takes a while to put them in I had to grind the case in five places, download the instuctions from petroworks, they have pictures and specs.   have fun.  ;D
