What year? That is the question. Here is a thread that might help.

Alot of it depends on what you want. Stick or Auto. Rag-top or tin top. 2 door or 4 door. Air abgs or no airbags. OBDI or OBD II. Just remember, t's all good, they're Suzukis!  ;D

Tracker Vs Sidekick isn't really a question.  The differences are mainly cosmetic and labeling.   As for year, I really like my '96 1.6 16V 5 spd.  Others like the 8valve engine better.  Its mostly a question of personal preference.

They are all pretty reliable, tough and easy to modify.

yeah thats what ive been reading. i have a sammi with spoa and 33s and i havent had any problems with it and has gone through everything ive thrown at it. So i though about buildin a DD weekend wheeler and since the sammi is so good i though a trackick would be a nice 2nd truck.

Get a 16v. Lots of extra power.
