Title: 2006 Grand Vitara luxury subwoofer question

A friend of mine (who's computer illiterate) just bought a 2006 Grand Vitara luxury, the owner's manual states that the bass on the subwoofer can be adjusted.  It shows a picture of a dial located on the subwoofer itself, but doesn't say where the subwoofer is located.  Can someone tell me where the subwoofer is located? Thanks.

According to Suzuki's web site, it's under the driver's seat.
