Title: transfer shift lever buzz

pretty loud buzz from shift lever in 94 auto kick.  stops when held or wedged with something.  stereo still works so isn't huge problem.   any ideas for fix?

Your shifter knob is loose. put a couple wraps of electrical tape on the shaft and jam the knob back on

Hey thanks.  That worked.  Thought  the lever was worn in the case.  Never thought to check the knob.  It was a big annoying noise that with an easy fix.  THX
