very nice "rock on" sighn next to the finished T case. I bet the metal spirit will make it work allot better than it would otherwise

I like my 6.4's, I think I piss a few of the jeep guys off behind me on a club run when a jeep gets stuck in a mud hole in front of me and I put it in first gear low range and Idle through it in about two minutes  ;D

what kind of top end hiway speed do you get out of it now?

If I remember correctly it has a 1.63 high range, so it's great for the street, the old 4.89's had a 1.8 high range(same as tracker low range) that are kinda high if you like low gears on the street.

i gained a ton of power,i didnt even have 5 gear when i got it,highway no problem now,65 in 5 gear wasnt so bad.my tires are not street friendly ,in low its like a tractor, went to the river yesterday and there is a mud hole that gets me every time ,i kicked its a#$ .gonna find me some rocks tomorrow. ;D

Holy crap talk about low gears!! :o ive never driven anything geared that low other than an old ass tractor!!! it sure turned that little zuk into a mean machine though!! i wasnt sure how that little motor would do, but after we got a decent carb on it and the gears in the Tcase its blowing my freakin mind!!! Im a full size guy myself, but i have no doubt that zuk will have no problem going where my F-250 goes, heck, it will most likely go places i cant!!!! BTW, this is the guy with the duct tape bandaid in the pic above.....

Was just gonna mention about the duct tape-aid. I find electrical tape comes off easier and doesn't leave a residue.

maybe not quite 65 , i was follow my friend bri and he was going 45-50 and i was in 4th gear and went to 5 th and still had lots of power so im guessing 65 easy,my tires are larger then stock so i was going faster than my speedo said. :)

When my speedo says 45 MPH I'm going
40 MPH, I have 5.83 gears, Auto Trans on
33/13.5-15 LTB Swampers, I'm sure I could
go to 35s and still be under the speed indicated
on the speedo, Hmmm  37s sound good   ;)

i still have stock r&p went from 26 tires to 31

Been there, I had 33s and stock 4.62s, the power
of the turbo was murder on the trans, and even in
low range could not get the power needed to climb
steep hills and rocks
