Hope the weather is nice this week, these will have to go in, in my driveway I think...
I have to replace a broken axle/CV from the Badlands anyway... :D

are the 5.62's on a 12 bolt or the older 10 bolt???

5.62's ahh....... if only they were 5.83's.... :D
Waitaminute.....what are those out of again? I thought the 5.62s came from an early Sidekick. That ring gear sure looks a lot meatier than the one in the center of this infamous XL-7 / Vitara / Samurai photo. If the 1.3 liter kick's ring was as thick as an XL-7's, what had that puny ring gear below? Is it just a matter of ratios?
I've clearly got my facts screwed up somewhere.

I kinda thought it was beefy looking, but I checked and it isn't a 5.83 it's definately a 5.62
I will take shots of the 5.12's when they come out, but I just went out and looked and they look a LOT beefier than the picture of the diff in the center of that pic

My 5.62's looked pretty hardy when I took them out a few years ago to replace the bearings.

yeah, I have looked at a few other pictures online... even some 5.12's on ebay, and they ALL look a lot beefier than the center picture in that line up...
what gives? Wonder what R&P that is in the center there?
