I got my bumper mounted last night. It has three receiver points in the front and I can mount a recovery point at two points on each end. It provides High lift jacking points and cost less that $100 to build

Burly! :D
Now you just gotta flip those leaves, and that front end'll look awesome.

nice work my friend, I agree with feerocknok, leaf over axle is wicked, that thing is wicked as it is though, so leaf over axle on that = uber gnarlyness that's unimaginable

Hmmmm..... That style bumper looks kind of familiar..... ;D
Mine was made from reciever stock foolishly left in the garage for another project. The front of the frame was spliced slightly and chassis was spliced and some box tubing was used to push the bumper forward and give us enough room to mount the winch behind it.
It also gave us room to keep the folding shackles for the RUF setup behind the front bumper. :)

I only used reciever stock for the three front receivers. The two main pieces are 2 1/2x 2 1/2x 1/4 wall. Reciever tubing was more than 2x the price.
I used a sawzall with a long metal cutting blade to cut the inner weld seam down so I could fit the stinger in it.
My goal was function and simplicity. Something that anyone could duplicate by buying local steel with minimal cutting. Even if you have no welder, you could have a buddy with a welder do it or have it welded at a local fab shop fairly cheap. Only a few welds show (without crawling around) so as long as they are strong, they don't have to be pretty.
