Title: bias tires
Post by: trailtracker on March 28, 2006, 03:12:55 PM
ok, its time for me and my buddies to settle this argument. how long would i be able to expect bias ply ltb's to last for road use? granted they will be used mostly offroad, but this argument has been going on for sometime. i have searched on the board and no one has put much of an estimate. how many miles have you guys driven on bias tires?

I've been running 31 TSL's since last year (DD) and their not worn down much at all. I put my spare (brand new) next to one of my back tires and the tread depth is still comparable.

I didn't have enough power to spin them before ;D I think it's cuz they have a pretty big foot print for such a small truck (weight vs wear?)

Steve. :)
