On a serious note, can you say "Salvage yard"?

Also Hawk's Strictly Suzuki. They have everything

Get Hi Steer :)

Or get FJ80 axles where the tie rod is positioned behind the axle, not in front. LOL.

I'm on board with you getting a Jeep Liberty.  Then you can part your Zuk's to the rest of us.  ;D

if you can get them straight you can weld angle iron all the way down them both sides and it will increase the strenght greatly or if you get new ones do it to them before you put them on

I've built a steel strap/ clamp for my front third.  It's made of 2"x1/4" steel, and mounts to the crossmember at the original mount, wraps around the output shaft area of the case, top and bottom, and bolts to the cross member above the pass side a arm, clamping down on the case as it is tightened down. All the edges are champhered to prevent any stress points. I've been running this set up for a while now, and it seems to work great. I have an ARB in the front and was worried about the extra stress on the housing. I could'nt get my hands on all the steel parts for an upgrade, so I made this to tide me over. So far so good.  There are photos somwhere in the archives of this.

I have not tried that, but like Ack said, if youare looking for a stock solution or any random parts for either of your Zuk's call Hawk. They have whatever you need 1-888-SAMURAI.

A bunch of the Heep guys in my club make their own out of thick wall tubing or solid rods, instead od doing a factory replacement. I have also seen people sleeve larger tubing over the outside of the factory rod and weld it into place. They will both add strength, but wont move it out of the way.
