I was think about a little remodeling inside my 2003 Tracker. I was looking at a aluminum dash kit to put in there but I'm not sure how that would look. Has anyone put any kind of dash kit in there Tracker/Grand Vitara and have pics?

My opinion? lol...
waste of time, money, effort etc... LOL.. but then again, I am an offroader.. I have VERY little interest in BLING!
I have MUD on my dashboard...
Do what makes you feel good bud...

Well I use my tracker more as an everyday driver with off-roading for fun every now and then. So I guess I don't have worry about getting the inside to muddy.

Hello,
I got one from E-bay but have not installed it yet...

I was not aware that they made aluminum dash kits for Trackers. That's pretty cool. Anything like this? :

Can't seem to find an actual picture of one in a tracker though...

I installed the aluminum gauge surround and I really like it, although I don't think it's what you're looking at. I am with you on making something look nice... then I'll cover it with mud! ;D

There is a picture of a Tracker with the wood grain to the right of the page. Just click on it and it enlarges.

when i bought my tracker new back in 2000 it had one of those kits already installed on it - i looked ok but some of the smaller pieces started to peel up after sitting in the hot sun for a few months. could have just been that whoever put it in did not clean it up enough.
