Title: NEED HELP carb butterfly not shut all the way

The gas fills like its too short when i press it..is there a solution.thanks

I'm not sure I understand your problem, but did you check for kinks or sharp bends in the throttle cable?  You can try disconnecting the cable from the carb and working the carb by hand.  If it works good then you likely have a problem with the cable.  HTH.
