Title: New to the forums and Suzuki
Post by: bighaeb on April 10, 2006, 02:14:50 AM
Hey everyone!

Well, I've converted over after 3 Jeeps to a Sammi!  I purchased an 88.5 with a newer motor, 33's, Calmini transfer case reduction, OME lift, Lockright rear diff, and a nice body and top to boot!  Got ahold of this bad boy for 2000 bucks!  All I think it needs is a tune up and it still needs shocks with upper and lower mounts in order to complete it.  Recommendations?

Now the question is, what is next?  Are the stock axles going to be ok?  Any necessary upgrades you all recommend?  I'm brand new to this suzuki scene, so please, any info you can suggest would be helpful.  In the meantime, I'll be using the search button to find a few things.  Thanks,

See u all on the trails!   -Mike

i would run what u have for now. the axles will go eventually so upgrade to ur choiceof axle alot of guys run toy axles with up to 37s and a V-6 under the hood. use what u have now and get used to the wheelbase and have fun leaving all ur friends with jeeps on 35s. u didn't say does it have powersteering if not i would up grade that first.
