i switched to 4 door coils with a coil spacer in my 2 door.  not a good idea.  they said i was pulling mini wheelies in the mud with it.  i didn't know it.  it came down hard one to many times.  other than that everyone had a crapy day :(  a 2005 heep Rubicon unlimited broke a outer axle shaft with 33in Mud Kings(trail rated my...)
tons of broken axles
one ripped off bumper
one smashed rear window(not related to ripped off bumper)
and to top it all off, A TOYOTA ROLLED OVER,  wheeling in mud.  didn't see it but it sounded stupid enough.
all in all i'm glad to be home and glad everone is ok(well the event isn't over yet, i'm just not there anymore)

You broke the Front inner axle? I didn't know you could do that.
Whats the CV look like? Did that break?
-
Hey I admit I like showing heeps up on the trails, but when one breaks?? ;D
-
I've never used a monkey wrench(plumbers wrench) on my front axle ??? ;D
how did the axle shaft break and not the CV?....
the increased angle on the cv's because of the lift wouldn't weaken the inner axle at all just the CV ???

ok i just took some pics of the broken heep, the broken back window and the front end of my tracker, pics will be uploaded shortly. ;)
